Rules for the Great Panipuri Challenge
The Royal Guidelines
Before you partake in the Great Panipuri Challenge, kindly heed these official rules set forth by the Tabla Darbar.
Registration & Entry

Open to anyone 18 and older. One entry per person.
- ~
Registration is online only, in advance. No walk-in entries.
- ~
The challenge runs once at each location, July 4th, 4 PM - 5 PM.
The Challenge
- ~
Each registered participant gets one 18-second attempt.
- ~
The clock starts when staff give the signal and stops exactly at eighteen seconds.
- ~
There's no cap on how many Panipuris you can be served; eat as many as you can!
Rules & Judging
- ~
A Panipuri counts only if it's fully eaten—no partial bites, no stuffing cheeks.
- ~
In case of a tie nationwide, the win goes to whoever finished fastest and cleanest.
Staff reserve the right to disqualify any participant for unruly behavior. Maintain the decorum of the Darbar.
Prize & Results

There are no separate per-location winners. The single highest count overall nationwide wins.
- ~
The grand prize is a single $250 Tabla gift card, awarded to one winner only.

Winner announcement timing will be shared separately once all locations have reported results.
