Ingredients:
√ Besan -305 grms
√ Green chilli paste – 1 tsp
√ Salt – 2 tsp
√ Citric acid -1 tsp
√ Turmeric powder -1 tsp
√ Beetroot -1/4 cup ( steamed and puréed)
√ Water – 540 ml
Method:
1. Add Besan, chilli paste, salt, turmeric powder in a bowl
2. Pour the water ( mentioned ) and whisk well
3. Cook this mixture in a pan on low heat , till the mixture thickens and leaves the sides
4. Clean up a steel surface or a granite slab
5. Pour this mixture ( little )on the slab spread in thin sheets using the broad end of a spoon
6. Then roll like Swiss roll
7. Serve – with mint chutney
